The Finance Manager is a critical partner to leaders of the business, supporting strategic objectives including the identification and implementation of cross-function continuous improvement initiatives. The Finance Manager also performs thorough business case analysis to guide effective business decisions and serves as a key subject matter expert for ensuring enterprise targets are achieved.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drives process excellence, efficiency, and effectiveness through the application of operational excellence/lean approach, including KPI insights.
- Leads business planning and forecasting leveraging business requirements, and improved productivity by leveraging internal and external insights.
- Finance leader in functional and/or regional management routines.
- Drives proactive solutions based on trend analysis, risks, and opportunities, and utilizes management routines to review deviation and trend analysis, risk, opportunities.
- Partner with functional and/or regional management to develop business objectives and key results.
- Cross functional finance business partnership to ensure alignment.
- Develop, oversee, and business case development for capital investments.
- Promote a clear understanding of financial metrics and operational levers to develop financial acumen across the organization.
- Ensure effective internal controls are in place and properly executed.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis that results in a recommendation that guides business decisions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (Accounting or Finance preferred).
- 6+ years in a Finance or accounting role.
- 6+ years (or commiserate) experience in financial reporting/analysis/management.
- Proficient with Financial systems, data visualization tools including Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders at the executive level of the organization to identify and effectively address problems and opportunities.
